Oversized and heavy road freight for a specific cargo
When cargo does not fit a standard euro-truck or exceeds the permitted weight and dimensions, ordinary logistics is no longer enough. It needs special transport, a special permit and an approved route. We carry equipment, machinery and structures from Europe as part of road freight from Europe and the broader cargo delivery from Europe service.

What counts as oversized and heavy
Oversized is cargo that exceeds the permitted dimensions (width, height, length) or simply does not fit a standard semi-trailer. Heavy is exceeding the permitted gross mass or axle load. Often the same cargo is both oversized and heavy at once.
What oversized cargo travels on
- Low-loader trailer — a platform low above the ground to keep within height limits; capacity from tens of tonnes.
- Extendable platform — for long structures.
- Modular/multi-axle trailers — for super-heavy cargo, distributing the load across more axles.
Transport is selected for the dimensions, weight and centre of gravity of the specific cargo.

Special permit and route approval
A special movement permit is issued for oversized and heavy cargo — tied to a specific route: permitted road loads, bridge capacity and overpass heights are taken into account. The permit is prepared in advance, before departure, and this is a separate preparation stage that we take on.
Escort and cargo marking
Transport with oversized cargo is fitted with a beacon and identification marks, and protruding parts of the cargo are additionally marked. With a significant excess of dimensions, the route runs with an escort vehicle (a cover car), and in some cases with a patrol-police escort.
Documents, customs, cost
In addition to the basic set (see documents for international road freight), oversized cargo needs drawings/schemes of the cargo with dimensions and weight for lashing and permit calculations.
